Evelyn did a very good job of servicing the room. The price was reasonable for the accommodations and the location. The bathtub floor was peeling paint during my showers on the morning. It would be a good idea to expand your check-in area to allow for multiple check-ins simultaneously. This would greatly speed up your check-in process. Your check-in personnel might be better placed in non-public serving positions. They did not seem to handle stressful situations very well and seemed not well trained for their duties (second shift especially). Unfortunately, I will most likely be seeking other accommodations on my next trip to Melbourne. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your hotel. I hope you do not take these observations personally.
