I first walked into the dealership looking for an SUV for my mom with two specific vehicles in mind. I had seen both on the web and done research on each of them. I approached the front desk without a scheduled appointment and they called Andy to be my salesman. He was very straight forward during the entire the process from the test drive, throughout the negotiation and executing the paperwork. It was obvious he is very passionate about the Mercedes brand and the Gainesville dealership. Time and time again, he demonstrated willingness to “go the extra mile” to assist me and my elderly parents in the purchasing process.
