**This is for your West Kendall location** Your scheduling is the worst! I scheduled an appointment for my husband last Wednesday and spoke with Brenda from the West Kendall office. Our primary doctor faxed over the referral and everything was in order. Then yesterday a rep that did not identify herself called him while he was at work to cancel his appointment. She had the audacity to give him an attitude? I called your West Kendall office again but this time spoke with Jessica who just transferred me to scheduling. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone in scheduling and when I finally reached a rep, they just hung up on me since it was close to noon. We will be filing a formal complaint our insurance company; this is unacceptable!
