She's careless!! Over priced!!

I heard about Michell Snachez on the radio an tv and decided to see her yesterday. My experience was bad starting from the beginning. The assistant tried to change my appointment at least 3 times the same day, the Lawyer unfortunately didn't got to answer my doubts and actually I ended more confused that before going there and she didn't understand either the status of our case. After that, the person who took care to give us the budget, wasn't really sure about what the fees were about and had to call the lawyer to get an explanation. She ended not understanding and promised to call the next day to explain us what we talked to the lawyer, which of course is irrational, but anyways they never call either. We paid $100 dollar fee for an appointment that started late and last less than 35 minutes, which of course ending in being confusion for us, for the staff and for the lawyer that didn't got to know our case depply because of time matters. Totally Disappointed of the lawyer and the staff. Of course the staff was already charging $3,500 for fees that she didn't even know how to explain. When you decide to choose a lawyer is because you trust them, but some of them just looks after you money, of course, money is needed and is right to pay any price, but only if you get good representation, and after what we had to go in that office I wouldn't put my case in their hands. We went there looking for answers and options and we ended more confused that before. Waste of time and money.
