I contacted Mikes plumbing to service a home we had in North Port. He was very responsive at first and was able to get to the home the following day. Upon arriving the tenants said he did not look at the water heater. He then called me said he would need filters but did not have them and would have to see if he could find these for the bathroom tub. After 3 days I had not heard back. I called to see what he was able to do and if he found the filters his response was "No, I could not find those" So I asked if he could still do the repair his response was "NO". I have never worked with a plumber who was not able to do a repair. If he could not find the filter my assumption would be to offer other options. He just flat out said "NO" he couldn't do the job. Very unprofessional!
