I went during the early afternoon, so the place was quiet and not busy. The staff are not welcoming, but not outright rude. Could be cleaner. My main complaint is that the artistry of their nail techs are not on par with many others. If this were LA, Atlanta, Miami or any other city with a huge emphasis on beauty services there is no way they would be able to get away with this kind of nail quality. My nails have residue polish on bits of my cuticles and skin. I happen to be very critical and meticulous about my appearance and noticed that far away my nails look decent but up close there are imperfections. If you are not into glam nails like stiletto or coffin shaped with well done polish application and trendy things like chrome nails, holographic nails, and nail jewelry... They might do your nails in a manner in which you are happy. But for others who want their nails to be flawlessly fabulous, stay away! Nail salons at the Town Center are your best bet in Jacksonville.
