We were fortunate to find a listing for a house before the sign had been placed in the drive. Pete agreed to meet us there the night we called him and we went through the application process quickly. Gladly, we were the winners out of several others. This is our 3rd year at this residence, and we look forward to staying until we find a place of our very own. Repairs are usually done within a good amount of time and to a decent standard. They also have been working on an issue that appearantly didn't bother any previous tenants.The electric bill has been about $300 on average. This is due to some issues in the house's ability to get cool and stay cool for any length of time. From new windows to insulation, they have attacked the issue as best as anyone could. It is a little better, but much more is yet to be done.
All in all, great little house, in a decent neighborhood. Very close to police and fire stations. I like my little rental and will miss it when we have to move. Thanks, Pete for all you do.
