Dr. Morra is honest, and has done extensive really solid work for myself and my family, and his staff of Candace, Diana, Elizabeth and more are very accommodating and professional.

It's too bad the reception is so terrible (especially the one with the nose ring, it is tasteful so I am not bashing her for that but it sets her apart since I do not know her name). It is the reception that is why I am currently looking to change dentists. They do not do anything with a smile (unless they are joking amongst themselves), like the review below they request all sorts of things making you jump through hoops, they misquote all the time (every time I have gone I inquire about how much my insurance covers with the general appointment since I do not remember, or if I want to add flouride). They will tell you it is fully covered over the phone then when after the appt (obviously depending on your insurance) you will find you owe money. Oh and no appointment reminders?! If this place were really about keeping their patients health in mind (and how about the obvious making money?) they would be so kind as to send reminders! Instead they expect you to make your 6 month appointment as you leave (not all of us have smart phones yet btw to keep in calendar with an alert). My 2nd visit I thought maybe it was a fluke that I did not receive anything and after I knew what was going in to the 7th month I finally called up to make my appointment. And had to do the same thing the third. And don't make the mistake I did of asking if they could make a courtesy call. Receptionist (specifically one mentioned above) will give you this look as though shame on you for suggesting she add that to her work load and then comment on how they don't do that. No matter what doctor- eye, physician- I am pretty sure they want to keep you which is why they send you some form of reminder, in addition to ensuring your health. Not this place. And that is why I am going to be looking elsewhere, maybe I will try "Nona Smiles" next like the reviewer below mentioned since to me if you can't even take the time to send a quick email reminder then you obviously don't care about repeat business. And shame on Dr. Morra for that- whether it is true or not he should realize that it is the little things that make your patients love where they are treated and to me I am very disappointed.
