The service at Munchel's is fantastic! We have always worked with Chelsea, since the first time we went in. She is so nice and helpful. They have great pieces and will work with you for anything. About a month after my fiance proposed, we noticed a small crack on the side of my ring, and the main diamond was moving a little too much for me. We took it in and Munchel fixed the loose diamond, the crack and shined it up for us again! At no extra charge to us. They were so sorry that that had happened and said to let them know if anything came up again. I would reccomend Munchel's 10/10 - they are a family owned, trustworthy business.
