National Car Rental

I’ll start by saying I love National Car Rental and they are my exclusive car rental company, because of their great customer service. Picked up Explorer on Thursday then on Friday morning as I began to pack I flipped up the 3rd row seating to find it with trash and stain marks. I had to be inconvenienced with returning the vehicle. I was swapped out fairly easy. Fix your app I went into the app to see how much it would cost to extend the rental, which I was able to see. However the app won’t let you back out of the screen so my rental was auto extended because of my query and which caused my rental check in to take about 30 minutes.

I always rent vehicles from various companies, but National has been the best by far. They are proficient, professional, and precise in what I needed. I am forever loyal to them!
