A/K/A Prestige Metal Roofing A true testament to how good a company is, is in how they treat the people that have a problem. My dad paid $18,400 for a roof that has a 40-year lifetime warranty. The roof is now four years old and has multiple leaks. I have been calling over a month now for them to come fix the leaks that i have. I was told over a month ago that they would call to make an appointment. They never called. I keep calling back and keep getting told that Bill will call me back. Nothing. The beam that holds the roof up is now exposed and leaks like a waterfall whenever it rains, and now there's a Cat 5 hurricane out there. This is a true testament to their real character. These people are sticky sweet nice until you have a problem. UPDATE...they have finally fixed my roof!! and it's raining and it's not leaking anymore!! Thank you! But now they refuse to honor the warranty...lol...nothing surprises me with these people...Product is probably fine if you don't have a problem..if you do, they will do anything and everything to keep from honoring and/or transferring the warranty....Same company owns both the roofing company and Solar Shield, the warranty...buyer beware.
