Last week my wife & I went to Norma Jeans in Venice and our experience was fabulous.
This evening my wife and I decided to try Norma Jeans in Sarasota.
We will not be returning to Norma Jeans in Sarasota again, even though we reside in Sarasota.
My wife ordered wings and was quite happy with them.
I ordered 5 wings and a Cuban sandwich
I asked the waitress what came on the "Cuban"
I was told pork, Swiss cheese, pickle & mayo
Told waitress, no mayo.
Wings came first & were very good.
Cuban came and it had mayo on it.
Did not tell waitress as I do not like to send food back.
French fries were saturated with grease.
Waitress came by and asked how everything
was. Told her my Cuban had mayo on it.
She states in a sarcastic way "I told you it has mayo in it"
Waitress was asked for another beverage and
she never brought it.
Don't know if "Christine" was having a bad day or what but I never expect to be treated in the manner in which I was treated this evening!
