Worst Customer Service Ever. Seriously horrible.
I can't rate their skills or repair work because I literally couldn't get them to come out.
On a Friday, my washer began smoking at the end of a load. I guessed it might have something to do with the motor, but wasn't sure. I immediately turned it off and called my landlord, who said he'd get someone out to look at it, and would give them my number so they could coordinate with me.
I didn't hear back from them on Friday, or Saturday. I waited throughout the weekend, and then called them on Monday. I spoke to a woman who remembered that my landlord had called, but couldn't locate the information he had given her. I gave it to her again and she said a technician would call me to set up an appointment. I said that was fine but please hurry because I have wet clothes that need to be rewashed and we are running out of clean ones.
No calls at all on Monday. I called at 1 pm on Tuesday, pretty frustrated. (At this point, they hadn't even called me to make an appointment, let alone told me when they were coming out to check on it.) Finally after waiting a couple of hours I called my landlord again, who informed me that he had also called them to check up. He spoke to a man this time, who said that he'd need to replace the washer if it had something to do with the motor. Well we don't know that because nobody has been out here! After speaking to the landlord I called them again to find out when they were coming, and spoke to this man.
He was extremely rude. He would cut me off as I was explaining what was going on. He told me that he only had one tech who was out across town and wouldn't be coming today. He also gave me the speech about replacement and what did I want him to do? That my landlord was insisting someone look at it. He seemed bewildered by the fact that someone should look at it before buying a whole new unit.
I gave up and cancelled my appointment. If their customer service over the phone is this bad, I can't even imagine what its like when it comes time to fix things or pay their bill.
Never use these people.
