Norm's Towing, Transport & Body Shop

Literal Highway robbery. I plan on contacting the owner and if not rectified will contact the better business bureau. They quoted an amount to pick up the vehicle and said they were closed Sunday but when we picked up the car on Monday, they charged an additional $112. We paid it as to not have any additional fees but not happy at all. Will never ever use them in the future. Given the recent week with Hurricane Irma, we saw the best and worst in humanity. Unfortunately, Norms towing does not fit in the first category.

Terrible service. They keep putting you off with some excuse. Waited from 3 in afternoon till 10 the next day after many calls. Finally cancelled and called Bakers who came right out. Awful the way they lie to customers.
