nSpa

There was a time I would have given the NSpa 6 stars if I could. I am a regular client who lives here year around. No longer is that the case. The new spa manager has brought new changes to the spa, none of which that I as a client can see are worthy of such a spa. It used to be the NSpa was an elegant oasis, this is no longer the case. The aesthetic changes are tacky, at best. And most disappointing is the departure of staff that were key to the wonderful spa experience. It is my understanding these staff have left due to the new spa manager. Very, very unfortunate.
