The Oaks at Southlake Commons

The apartment overall is a great place, however the leasing office is a joke. The staff are very rude and condescending (Especially Kayla Joshua and liset) very judgmental snippy and rude. They just want your money. Very nice on tours but after you move in The Courtesy goes out the window. Wasps nest everywhere and they say the poles don't reach so they just leave them there. Unless you deal directly with the property manager or district manager Shannon, all information will be misleading and different stories depending on who you talk to. If it wasn't for the location being close to work and a new construction I would look elsewhere. When they make a mistake it's never there fault it's yours. Be mindful and stay away until they have an employee turnover.

My wife Annette and I toured the facility with Joshua in December. Our experience was wonderful, the property was very beautiful and clean. Joshua was very informative, kind and professional. The facility and staff was so great we are trying to move in May of this year. We look forward to becoming a resident.
