The course was in excellent condition. The fairway and greens were well manicured. This course is well suited to the golfer wanting to play a quick round using only the par 3 tees or a full round using all the tees. The only issue I have with the course is the lack of electric/gas carts. For the older golfer, the Golf Skate Caddies do not work. The skate caddies are well suited for the younger golfers, but for senior golfer they are difficult to maneuver and put a pretty good strain on one's back and legs. Any golfer with back issues will soon be "hurting" using the skate caddy. There is always the option of walking the course, but on a Florida 93 degree day with 90 percent humidity, this is not a good option. Traditional golf carts would make this course much more enjoyable.
