AVOID AVOID!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Rude staff and cold food! Our food came which was cold and they had given us white toast which we didn't want. We asked the waitress could we change to wheat toast which then took 10 minutes to come meanwhile our eggs were getting colder by the second!! My friend had to ask a second time where our toast was and when it eventually came out it was stone cold!! We said to the rudest waitress I have ever encountered!! that as the toast took so long the rest of our breakfast is now cold she started arguing with us blaming us for not specifing which type of toast we wanted. Sorry we don't know how your restaurant works! And then when we said how long the toast took she then proceded to say that we weren't going to stop serving everyone just to get your toast out to you!! I couldn't believe it as I work in customer service and the customer is always right! It was absolutely disgusting the way she treated us. The manager then came over and he barely did anything. He also started arguing with us. We said we were leaving so we had to pay for the cup of tea we had with a tip!! I have never been treated this way in any establishment and I think they need to learn that the customer is always right. They never apologised once! The treatment was so bad that the couple beside us got up and walked out without their food!
