Ken came to diagnose my ice maker and took some corrective actions to see if it would work without replacing it. He did not charge for that. The measures didn't work so I asked him to replace the ice maker. It still did not work, so he came back again and realized the problem was the refrigerator was low on Freon. Once that was recharged everything was great! Ken is an honest and reliable man. I highly recommend him!
