They ruined my wedding dress Mocato silk and Chantelle lace beautifully tailored wedding gown was RUINED by these people. Now, 6 days until my wedding, the tailor has to re hem, take up the straps AGAIN, adjust the arm holes and steam out pleats created on the fabric because they somehow managed to stretch out the entire top of my dress and butcher pressing it. I am devistated, distraught and flat out pissed that my picture perfect dress was RUINED by these people in their attempt to do a standard clean and press of my gown. Also, i now have to pay for unnecessary alterations in an attempt to fix what they destroyed.
