Panera Bread

My friend and I ordered food for rapid pickup, and she went to go get it. When she returned, the souffle I ordered was cold and hard as a rock, and my bagel was not toasted, nor did it have the cream cheese I asked for. The entire order was terrible. I will not be returning to this location.
