This dealership makes money by having their services mechanics damage your car during services appointment and I will explain myself. I brought my car over couple times and everything seemed fine, until one day that they locked the car keys inside and in the process of opening the car they scratched all over the driver side... the manager was very apologetic "like that would solve anything" he said please let me have our painter take care of that for you he will be here next Wednesday you will drop your car and we will give you a rental for the days it may take us to fix it. well, they called and rescheduled. to not extend the story more we went back and forward rescheduling and never happened and we never return. Well, he had some light balls that went back and my wife asked me to go back there have them do it since the car is a certified car cover by them. I went back as the boss said it. happens to be that light balls are not cover in the warranty which is fine $150 bucks there. But that was not the bad thing the bad happened next... here we go again!!! they broke the chrome part of the front bumper once again. and once again the manager with the same story we are already in the second week for them to call me back and have it fixed. I won't even call them no more my first and last KIA Ever. I change my cars every 2 years and I have 3 and I also have my own company that won't be buying a car from them anymore.

The young lady who took my reservation was friendly, gave me complete and accurate information, the name of the person who would help me when I arrived, and information about the coupon I had. I arrived a few minutes early, and individuals were right there to sign me in, answer my questions, and confirm the price of the services I wished. I was advised about the approximate time the services would take, and was pleasantly surprised when they were right! Everyone was friendly, comfortable seating, coffee, and snacks were available, , and a television was on with the local news, set at a comfortable volume. The time passed quickly, and I was on my way in plenty of time to get to the next thing on my busy Saturday chore list. A big thank you to everyone who helped me!
