Orthodontic Specialists of Florida - Fleming Island

My son has been a patient with this particular office for a year, and still feel as if it is first time each visit. I love how the staff knows you by name, create a family, yet professional atmosphere. The service is always accurate, productive, and efficient. I never feel like my time or money is at a waste. I can truly attest from the Orthodonist to the front desk staff, everyone is pleasant. My favorite shout out goes to Danielle for her wonderful patience with me as I take this journey with son. She never appears to be bothered by any questions, payments, or appointments. Thanks for being added value to this office as well.

The staff from the Receptionist Desk, to the Assistants, to the Orthodontist Specialist are all so kind, compassionate, and considerate. The office relocated and never missed a bit with there OUTSTANDING customer service. I could have chose any place closer to my home and job, but I decided to stick with these wonderful individuals. I walk into the office and they know my name and always greet me with a smile. The Assistants are very professional and always be sure to check in with me to see if I have any issues that need to be addressed. I love my Orthodontic Specialists of Florida FLEMING ISLAND family.

I was referred here by a friend and she received a 100 visa gift card. The staff is awesome! The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and quick to getting me back to see Dr.Parma. The assistants in the back are all fun loving ladies who are meticulous in everything they do to give you the best experience possible. I'm absolutely in love with this staff and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else based off the quality and affordable service I receive here.
