Outback Steakhouse

My husband and I like Outback however on this occasion his Ribs were charred to a crisp and my Prime Rib was cold. In all of our times going there we have never had any issues with our food - it has always been good. And this was my reasoning for still rating 4 stars. Tonight was obviously an off night for them. Maybe new cooks in training? Although we were not completely satisfied with our meals on this visit I know we will be going back.
