I experienced a sudden and very painful episode from a cracked tooth about 3:30pm one evening. After calling almost every dental office in Palm Coast I finally came across Palm Coast Dental Care. I called one of their locations that was unable to help due to the time but was referred to their office at 782 Belle Terre at the Publix Town Center. I explained my situation and despite closing at 5:00pm without hesitation they Agreed to see me. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was extremely nice and professional. I am not one to write a review for an "expected" level of service but working in customer service myself this experience could set the standard for what compassionate and professional care and service should be. I could go on and on about the facility, staff, dentist ect.... But Let me close by first saying Thank You to the staff And highly recommending that if your reading this schedule an appointment. You deserve to experience this level of service and professionalism that is so sorely missed these days.
