This has been the absolute worst care in my experience of raising three children. I have two older children that attended two facilities in Niceville and are no longer in need of care. However I have an infant who i placed in the care of this facility and less than a week after enrollment, I began to have problems with the director Pam Todd.
She began creating rules that were not established before my infects enrollment that really only applied to my family.
She forced me to sign a document that was completely voluntary, telling me that if I didn't sign it that my child could not attend.
I sent a polite email trying to clear up our differences and within a few hours, she terminated my contract leaving my child without a provider.
She had men working at her facility during operation hours who were not employees or contractors that she had hired. The employees are not professional; playing inappropriate music in the toddlers classroom and allowing the toddlers to eat dirt and lick the mold infested wood fencing and siding on the building.
The director across from the facility and welcomes her overgrown aggressive cat in the main building. The parking and front of the center is a hazard to the children as it is extremely small and congested with vehicles and children.
I wouldn't recommend this business for a stray, homeless animal.
