Panera Bread

I gave this Panera location 1 star because I ordered a Rapid Pick Up, and it didn't go well. They had very few types of bread. Then after I picked up my food and left I was half way home and I realized they forgot the chips! I went back and I asked for a compensation that I deserved! When I got home the grilled cheeses I ordered had the smallest sliver of cheese! They gave me four cookies. Now that's a mistake in need of a compensation. A couple months later I try again, but they call me and tell me that they only have the grilled cheese bread for one of my 2 grilled cheeses. Then they do not let me cancel one of the grilled chesses, and they say I can only cancel the whole order. I rest my case.
