Roasting Buddies

Excellent local business in Chapel Trail neighborhood of Pembroke Pines. The whole coffee beans are roasted daily and there is always great variety. Mariano is a very involved owner and is passionate about his products. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, something truly hard to find in South Florida. I will frequent this business as long as I live in South Florida. Please support your local businesses and keep this one open as long as possible! Update: staff is hit or miss as to whether they welcome you, smile, or treat you like they want your business. Today (4-21) they seemed irritated to have to help me. I have also found them to get irritated easily if you do not speak Spanish as evidenced by the last two times I have visited. I am leaving the rating for now at 5 stars because they are good most of the time, but this will change if they cant figure out consistency with the friendliness piece.
