Truck was clean and seemed like it was fairly new. Needed a hand truck and it was an additional cost to rent. We experienced disappointment when the truck we rented was not available at the time they said it would be. We rented it for early morning and didn't get it until that afternoon. Moving in the hot Florida afternoon heat was miserable. Also, experienced price changes online. One day it was about $50 then it jumped up to about $175. Then back to about the $50. I would be willing to try them again because other than negatives it was a decent experience.
