P.F. Chang's

Well, I probably shouldn't have read the other reviews first... but, I did. We've been here 4 times since they have opened. The food has always been awesome, as is always the case at any PF Chang. But, the service at this restaurant needs help quickly. All of the servers are stressed out. The service is spotty at best. Tonight was the worst. It was busy for a Wednesday night but we couldn't get there until 7pm. There was a 30 minute wait but there were 2 seats at the bar so we took them. The bartender took 10 minutes to wait on us. Took out drink order, me a beer, friend a Margherita. He (Ray) brought my beer immediately but 15 minutes later my friend still didn't have her drink. So...I flagged the other bartender (Cat) who totally took over waiting on us and corrected everything. The food here is awesome. The wait staff is stressed. Makes me wonder what's up with management?
