My wife and I went into the store nervous and frustrated about our roach problem, and left feeling confident and knowledgeable, ready to handle it. We spoke with Cheryl, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made my wife feel at peace about the whole thing, which is priceless in itself. Overall an incredibly positive experience, I definitely recommend them! I have to disagree with the poor reviews that some people have written, my experience was truly 5 stars, and I recommend PIP to anyone who has a pest problem. They will provide you with a service or the necessary products for you to DIY.
