PNC Bank

Today: I asked my fiance to drop off my car payment check to PNC. They refused to accept my check because his name is not on my car loan. My name, address, phone number, and signature are all on the check. Customer Care center couldn't figure out why the Jupiter branch refused payment, and Leslie (Jupiter branch) explained to the customer care center that they just don't do that. The customer care center transferred me to the loan department and they were made aware of this situation; the loan dept tried charging me a $10 fee for using them! Ongoing: I have asked on several occasions if I can make payments online; this branch and the Tequesta branch have told me every time that because I don't have a checking account with PNC I can not pay my loan online. I learned through the customer care center today that this information is not accurate. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PNC'S POORLY TRAINED STAFF!!

Just so that everyone is aware pnc closes at 12 pm on Saturdays, not 1 pm
