Pollo Tropical

I would hardly describe this restaurant as "fast food"; more like "Quick Service". It is faster than what fast food restaurants' standards are these days. Furthermore, the qualify of the food is very good. The chicken here is grilled and tasty. Food here is very fresh and you know what you are eating.

Another Pollo Tropical another excessively long wait for service. I really enjoy the food here, but Pollo Tropical takes the fast out of fast food. Cashier was overwhelmed with difficult customers and the line stopped moving. When people started walking out the manager opened up a second register. My advice is if you are in a hurry, you may want consider a different option. If you have the luxury of time, expect delays, however, you will probably enjoy your meal
