Pollo Tropical

Went and order a full chicken dinner.. Waited 10 min before they told me that they only had a 1/2 chicken. And asked if I wanted to wait 45 min. And this was at 4 in the afternoon. Guess they didn't think of rush hour traffic. Update the worst constantly with the product. Get a cup of black beans one with 12 beans and a bunch of bean juice. Next time refried.
