I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have Florida Blue insurance, which is accepted almost anywhere in Florida. On my first visit, they told me I needed approx. 18 visits with the chiropractor. I knew there was a limit with insurance but I was pretty sure it was 26 visits per year. They informed me that it would cost $1,500 on top of my insurance because my visits were limited to 8. Apparently they use a third party processor to process their claims and I was told they only allow 8 per year and that I was responsible for the rest of the bill. After I investigated this with my insurance company- 3 times, Florida Blue assured me that this was not the case and that I had 26 visits per year. The Chiropractor's office blatantly lied and tried to pull one over. What a scam! Not only that, after 2 visits, I was in more pain than before I went in. Dr. Means made my back feel worse. I will never return there again.
