Had an awful interaction with the Manager of the store, Taylor. Taylor and another employee provided poor customer service to my mother, who, upon describing the interaction began to cry (again - she cried at the store) when I spoke with her over the phone. I decided to contact the store myself to see if I could have any influence over the situation and at least get some sort of sincere apology and accountability for the incident. Taylor took zero accouability for his part during the interaction and is a poor example of leadership for this store. He actually said to me, "go ahead and contact corporate, they'll give me a slap on the wrist and we'll laugh about it".
