Looking to get a loan on custom-built boat.....don't waste your time here. Looking to get a loan on a boat not listed in NADA....good luck. They will ask why boat is not in NADA, then they'll ask for an invoice, then a marine survey, then come back full circle and still require boat to be listed in NADA. I've wasted a month, I have no loan, and I'm now out for the cost of a survey. Plus my interactions with them repeatedly made me question their qualifications/level of experience.

I don't even have an account with them yet, but judging by the quality of the customer service help - they already have me as a client. 5 stars isn't enough.
