I rented a property managed by two different people from Preferred Realty Executives, Patricia Hoff and Julie Ries. Both were dishonest, negligent, and uncaring. My wife and I took perfect care of the home we were rented and not only did the management company not fix basic necessities that we were paying to have in the house but told us that our rent was going up substantially and we would just have to pay. They are now looking at any way they can take our deposit even after we vacated the home in LITERALLY 500% BETTER CONDITION than we first moved in. They are scammers and will do everything they can to make you pay for upgrades to the property. I don't expect you to take my words at face value, but if it gives someone a chance to think twice about dealing with them then it was worth leaving a review. Thanks
