The staff , the maintenance people are great, the apartment are keep like new, the day we moved in my truck and trailer full of our furniture , I carried a chair up, came down a tow truck was hooked to my pickup. I explained we are in the process of moving in to our apartment , The Tow truck driver was very rude Since living here everyone we talk to either has had there car a family member or friend car towed. at cost $240 to $300 + I have watched him tow people’s cars night after night , I told him they live here , he said I don’t care. There park pass is missing off the mirror . But he has pushed me to far, a woman carrying an infant to her car after visiting her friend a resident at the Preserve at Alaphia. She tried to stop him from towing her car , he hooked on to her car and took off. It was the evening the baby crying , another resident appeared said his car was towed the week before at the cost of $300, the woman crying I can’t afford $300. The tow truck driver told one of the residents that he splits the money with The preserve at Alaphia We are perfect tenants , we pay $30 each for our parking spots When I protested to him , he said I know your car and he will tow our car when we are sleeping , Scared to death to invite friends and family to visit Our lease is up , we are moving
