Customer service goes down the drain with some of the photographers. The photographer was so impatient, looked really annoyed taking the pictures. Another photographer was rude to some other customer aside from me. I don't know what her problem was but I get that there are a lot of photos being taken but she complained to me about having to go back up and down a two step latter to fix me when my cap was falling down... Either way she would've had to get off the step to fix it. There was no need for the attitude I didn't know how to pose the picture, it was her job to help me out. Some photographers I do believe were being nice and professional but some were just down right rude and complaining about how I posed. I've never been photographed like that before. Their job is to take our photos help us pose nice to how we like it. But that photographer had an attitude. The wait wasn't so bad and the senior pictures were decent but aside from that I think other pictures should be shot somewhere else with prettier backgrounds and nicer photographers. If it's so hard to do your job and pose a person and take their picture then find something else. Not so happy about the photographers and their customer service.
