Had called Protech in an attempt to rent some basic equipment. After making 3 phone calls over 3 days requesting a quote, no one ever got back to me. I called another company to rent the same gear and they were able to give me a quote without even placing me on hold. Have learned my lesson and will never try to rent anything from any of the companies in Panama City Beach, avoid headaches rent gear out of Orlando, Tampa, or Mobile.
