The Pharmacist, Rachael, is rude, condescending and unprofessional. She was angry because I asked her a question about a drug's toxicity that she couldn't answer. "Well, I'd have to look that up and I don't have the time right now!" It's a commonly prescribed medication and she should have known it. She has behaved unprofessionally on a number of occasions and now I've had enough and will change pharmacies. The other staff members are good, but she's enough to make me want to switch.
