Every time I shop at Publix, I ask the bagger to bag frozen items separately from refrigerator items, and dry goods separately from cold items. Every single time I shop at Publix, they don't do any of those things. For example, today the bagger put strawberries in the bag with frozen TV dinners, right after being asked to bag frozen items separately. When I objected, she argued with me as if she didn't realize the strawberries were not a frozen item. Publix needs to train their baggers better. I could understand an isolated incident, but this happens every time at every Publix.
