Publix Super Market at Tower Square

This review is for the deli. The store itself is awesome minus the deli. There is always a long wait time at the deli or sandwich counter. & when the employees can see that the lines are long, they never call for backup help. You will easily wait 20 minutes to get a sandwich order or meat order in. Ordering online in advance is useless. Many, many times that we have ordered food online (& even showed up a little bit after it is supposed to be ready) it has not been made. Or we show up or get a call 45 minutes after we order that they are out of multiple sides that we ordered. It is crazy that a grocery store can use the excuse they are out of an item when literally all they have to do it walk over to the shelves & get more. Worst Deli in the history of publix.

The folks here at this Publix are very courteous and friendly. You can always count on Publix for fresh fruits and vegetables, and they have a growing selection of vegan and vegetarian items as well.
