New March 2,2018: never enough lanes open so even when it's slow there's mad lines. Management not the best here. Previous review but still applicable: I live close by but have not been very happy with the selection of dinner options available at the deli in the hot food area. Last time I when was at 6:15pm Friday and again the same choices and again dried and not very appetizing. See Photos. I am able to also go to the Greenwise Publix and a new location near by that every time I have been they have great choices and the food looks good. I mean how do you have fried chicken but never have any mashed potatoes? The pictures will speak for them selves. Sorry Publix to put you on blast like that but you need to step it up at that location. Otherwise the staff is usually friendly and helpful. The deli just has poor options for dinner time in the hot food section. Two employees also made terrible excuses why they didn't have an item i asked for. On two occasions, talking with other customers at the hot food counter and they agreed that the choice were bad and they did not care for them. I spoke with a manager, Mark maybe, and informed him of this reoccurring event of bad options and food at the deli so hopefully things will change soon. The Greenwise location will get my money until then. I hope to get to change my review to something better in the near future.
