No resources for the inmates to get some skills and experience and no help whatsoever when you get released. Inmates need help with the pain and suffering from having no job, job skills, no parents, no place to stay, no guidance on how to get your life together, AND how to help find jobs for felons who served their time and want to try to contribute to society. Most people have no help for a different outcome and reoffennd because they have nothing and knowing that we are stigmatized and strerotyped because of the low socio economic status. You can't even take a walk without a cop pulling over to ask what you are doing.. I lived right next to the handy way and walked through our woods but if it rains we can't walk through the marsh Sowe walk by the roadside and I have been stopped plenty of times. No job's and resources for help to change the same issues and community development. Treatment is inhumane, no room, no inspiration for the changes of the people who are in need of guidance. So most of the people reoffennd because they have nothing and knowing that you have not changed anything in this county for year's and expect a new outcome for the people who suffer and I know that it is a continued cycle of the socio economic status of Putnam county again I hope that the peers who are in charge of all the funding and executive decisions really need to look at the same issues that have not been talked about . Think about your children and their current positions and what future of the people who want to try to do better but live in the middle of nowhere and with nothing become closer to the poverty line. Wake up from your life and look around you. Humanity and caring for the citizen's who make up this town. I am from Putnam county and I am very happy to say that it is my hometown of Saint John's River and the benefits of nature and simplicity of the true essence of farming and agriculture and rural areas to sight seeing, but I moved away to get into USF and I know that my family who stayed have the same issues with what I have spoken about.
