As a bridesmaid, I had a terrible experience getting a dress from this place. This shop would have not been my choice due to their poor customer service skills and their overpriced dresses. The young girl who took my measurements was the only one that I can say was polite and made that part of the process simple. But apparently, those measurements were not saved on the computer, so I had to come back a few weeks later when they realized their mistake. I had to take time from work to go get measured again, and at a moment’s notice to ensure the dress would be ordered on time to avoid further delays. This was also the case for a couple of girls on the same bridal party. The dress arrived later than they said it would, which delayed a previous appointment made for alterations. I am petite, so I knew I was going to need to have the dress trimmed. When I called them to ask when I could pick up the dress, the owner answered, and I have to say her customer service skills are so disappointing. She kept me on the line while having another conversation with her employees, having total disregard for the fact that I had to repeat myself at least 3 times because she was ignoring me and carrying on with her conversation. She wouldn’t even put me on hold instead kept raising her voice at me as if I was interrupting her. If you are a bride who wants to avoid mishaps and headaches when buying your dress or your bridesmaid’s dresses, I would not recommend this place.
