Noise levels out of control, holes kicked into walls daily, ding dong ditching, stolen packages, people throwing furniture off their balconies, no cameras, trash and broken eggs scattered along the halls, stairwells smell like urine and vomit, barely any security, very very expensive rent to live in zoo-like conditions. if you like peace, quiet, and a sense of safety do not live here.

BE AWARE! This is by far, the worst apartments I've ever lived in in my life. Here is why: 1- upon signing the lease, they charged a weird fees called the "moving fees" of $350, which when I asked what does it include, I got a vague answer. Do they help with moving in? No! do they provide tools or any equipment for moving out? No! basically it's a scam fee since it does not have any explanation. 2- The deposit was 2 months of rent! Don't even dream about getting it back UNLESS you constantly call the office, get the same answer every time you call, sometimes rudeness and attitude, as if you are begging for your own money. I finally got my deposit back after 4 months of moving out, and despite the fact that we cleaned the apartment perfectly upon moving out, they still charged $218 from the deposit. 3- The rents in my opinion are overpriced, compared to other apartments within the same area. Fire alarm will go off for an hour frequently. Am glad I moved out. If you will rent here, I recommend you deal with the best guy there and his name is Lorenzo. The second star is only for him. He is great, and will walk the extra mile to satisfy your needs.
