Last time I stayed there I paid 10 extra dollars for a bigger bed. We went to our room and when we pulled the blankets back there were about 8 little roaches crawling around the pillows. So we went downstairs to tell the man and he didn't believe us and actually followed us back to our room. When we all returned to the room there was only a couple bugs and he said....." I thought you said there were a bunch of bugs, I only see 3". He basically called us a liar and didn't see a problem with only a few bugs. He did give us another room that appeared Bug Free but refused to refund our 10 dollars after we ended up with a small bed. ***HIS OWN WORDS***. If you want your money back for the bed then you can just go find another hotel. Don't Ever stay there!!!
The man lives with bugs and doesn't see a problem with bugs in the room and if you complain then he gets offended and will be rude and Nasty to you.
Hands down the worst place I've ever stayed.
