We're all so thankful to have an REI store in Orlando! The customer service here is that patented REI friendly. The selection of inventory is obviously geared towards our climate/outdoor activities available to us in Orlando. Though, you'll be able to order online and pick up from the store. The store's location is ideally located in a relatively central Orlando location. If you haven't, it's more than worthwhile to dish out the $20 for an REI membership.
